MCC of the Chesapeake is one of the major sponsors of the Chesapeake Pride Festival. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgender organizations, individuals, and allies, help plan and execute the annual Chesapeake Pride Festival. 
Chesapeake Pride Festival's mission is to foster an understanding and tolerance of the LGBT Community in the general population by raising awareness through education and an annual Festival to ultimately achieve unity and harmony.  We celebrate diversity, civil liberties and rights for all. World AIDS Day, December 1

Every year the people form MCC Chesapeake help organize and participate in the World AIDS Day candlelite walk through the city of Annapolis to show our support and help bring awareness.
